In PIGMENT TOKYO, apart from the regular workshops, we also provide private workshops that can be scheduled based on individual needs through inquiry.

【Private Workshop Service】
Private workshops are provided for customers who wish to attend our workshops outside of the regular workshops or scheduled dates.
You can choose the content from our regular workshops or other special workshops.
It is also available for customization based on your request.

・Regular workshops: “Make Your Own Watercolors”, “Introduction to Mineral Pigments”, “Introduction to Metal Leaf”
・Special workshops: “Creating Original Crayons”, “Japanese Painting -Drawing Seasonal Flowers-”, etc.
◼️ Customization
Content to be decided on request and consultation:
For example, “The basics and techniques of using mineral pigments”, or subjects focused on specific painting materials.
Capacity: 10 participants (from a minimum of 1 person)
Age: 5 years and over (9 years or under must be assisted by a parent or guardian, some exceptions may apply)
Available Days: Monday to Saturday (except on days when regular workshops are scheduled)
Time: On request
Language: English available

Price: Please refer to the following price list or send an inquiry for more.
* If the number of participants exceeds 10 people, the workshop will be split into two or more sessions.
* Free seats can be provided for guests (up to 2 additional persons in case of a 10-person course).
* No tools/materials will be provided for the guests.
* For children under 9 years old, one parent or guardian is considered a guest and may be required to share one set of tools/materials for two people.
* The content of regular workshops lasts 90 minutes per course (the time for special or customized workshops may vary; please consult for more).
* The maximum number of workshops is 1 or 2 per day (depending on the content).
* Private workshops can be scheduled on Mondays. However, the store will be closed, and no products will be available for purchase.
* Tuesdays to Saturdays are open for business. There will be customers in the store during the workshops.
* Sundays are not available for private workshops.
* If the regular workshops are scheduled on certain Mondays to Saturdays, they will not be available for private workshops.
* No food allowed.
* Beverages with lids, such as water bottles and plastic bottles, can be brought into the shop, except alcoholic beverages.

＜Please note that the following conditions apply:＞
* It usually takes 1.5 to 2 months from reception of inquiry to implementation.
* Private workshops may be difficult to arrange due to the dates, content, and availability of instructors.
* Payment can be made in advance by credit card (bank transfer is also acceptable for corporations).
* No refunds will be issued for cancellations after payment has been confirmed.
* Free customer service appointments are available for brush testing and guidance.
