Welcome to our Shopping Consultation Services, a one-on-one shopping experience with our friendly, knowledgeable staff who specialize in art materials.
During your appointment, we will assess your needs and help you find the ideal materials for your art projects.
This service is perfect for those who are interested in exploring new painting techniques or seeking expert advice while shopping.

Reservation Availability：Tuesday to Saturday — 1-hour sessions available between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM
How to Reserve：Book in Advance
Service Fee: Free of charge

Note：
*Reservations are available from 4 to 45 days after the date of your application.
* Depending on your request, we may suggest a paid workshop to better address your needs.
* While shopping without a reservation is welcome, we highly recommend booking an appointment if you are looking for more specialized or in-depth assistance when selecting art materials.

Items Available for Product Testing in Store

Paint Brushes, Gansai Watercolors, Watercolor Paints, Sumi Ink, Saiboku Colored Ink Sticks, Inkstones, Washi (Japanese Paper) and more.

* These products are available for testing even without a shopping consultation reservation.
* If you would like to try other art materials not listed above or receive more in-depth instruction, we offer paid workshops.

Important Notes

  • ・To accommodate as many customers as possible, appointment slots are limited to approximately one hour.
  • ・For certain professional consultations, rescheduling may occur depending on staff availability.
  • ・Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be treated as a cancellation unless prior notice is given.
