For the light ink stick, it has a darkness within a blue where a slight red can be felt. It is plain yet bright, and it is an elegant blue with a high degree of transparency. For the thick ink stick, the color has a thickness and depth, and it is a blue-type black with a strong shade of blue and absorbability. It can be used for hanging scrolls in kanji, small number of characters, and kana. Thick to extra light ink sticks can be used.
