For the thick ink stick, it is an elegant black with a strong shade of black where a slight blue can be felt. It has thickness and no luster. It can be used for kanji and kana in thick, medium, or light ink sticks. . As a feature of this ink stick, the bleeding becomes extremely less for the extra light ink stick.
