If amendment or cancellation is necessary, we require that you contact us at least 3 days in advance.
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 3 days will result in a cancellation fee (The amount will be 50% of your workshop fee for the two days before, 75% for the day before, and 100% on the workshop day.)

Instructor

Yasunori Monobe Master-craftsman of “Kyo-hyogu (mounting technique originated in Kyoto)” Professor of Kyoto University of Art and Design Representative Director of “Monobe Gasendo” Chief Director of “Kyoto Mounting Association Youth Group” The family business was started in 1901, and the mounting technique has been succeeded for four generations. In 2015, he restored the sliding door created by Tohaku Hasegawa. He gives Kyo-hyogu lectures at Kyoto University of Art and Design to seek the possibilities of applying the mounting techniques to his students’ works
