Ganpishi, a thin, translucent Washi (Japanese paper) with a smooth texture and refined luster surface.
Mainly made from Ganpi (Wikstroemia), a member of the Thymelaeaceae family of flowering plants.
Although the paper surface is smooth and thin, it retains a high degree of strength even if it's covered with water.
The paper comes in a natural cream color.

Furthermore, due to the difficulty of cultivation of Ganpi plant, as well as the time and effort required in the production process, only a limited amount of Ganpishi can be produced.
